"We had a full burglar alarm fitted from advance alarms and we had issues with it we called up explaining what was happening with it which they came out a few times to sort it out on one of the visits I decided to upgrade my sensors which I did for the capture sensors which are pet tolerant only this wasn't the case the alarm started to go into alarm which I called again to ask them to deactivate the kitchen and delete it off this system I spoke to a bloke called John two/three times and I was told someone will call me back which this never happened further more they use there own security number which means that you cannot use the engineer's menu and will not give you the number to it either which means if advance alarms doesn't come out to you and start ignoring your requests to come out your alarm is useless to another company and it has to be taken out and replaced which is now the route I've had to go down which has now cost me a fortune it was a basic request to delete the sensor so I could take it down or I'd pay them to do it to tell a customer just take it down a put it in draw isnt the way to go round things or just put mastic tape over it is not a way forward it ive spent money with them and just been left to it I lost my trust in them and would not use them again to lock someone out of there own security system that they have bought isn't fair after they own it.... And to ignore a customers requests isn't on either as I always pay for any service I get"
