"Only leaving 1 star to allow me to post. Very poor service and damaged furniture! Still awaiting an email response with regards to damaged furniture and how it will be remedied 2months on. On the day of removals 2 men turned up (1 who on occasions helps out and the other who had only ever dismantled a bed twice. Did not have adequate tools for dismantling/reassembling furniture - using the base of an electric drill as a hammer on my sons nursery furniture as an example. Wardrobe unable to be brought as the guys couldn't dismantle it, instead they used packing tape wrapped around the whole of the handpainted wardrobe when trying to get it down the stairs in 1 piece, resulting in damage to paintwork. We managed to dismantle it within 10minutes with a manual screwdriver the next day. Never have I come across such poor service and care with peoples belongings! Also customer service is none existant, initially replied to emails and now silence."
