"Unfortunately my insurance company decided to use ATR to complete an insurance claim. The claim was started July 2023 it is now March 2024. I was advised it would take 5-7 weeks for parts and in November was told they could not do the work due to the weather but it turns out it was because the parts did not arrive until January 2024. I am writing this as this afternoon received a phone call to put the job back further due to others over running. I cannot comment on the quality of their work but the customer service and ability to return a phone call and keep you updated definitely deserves the 1 star. I would only suggest using them if you don’t mind the work never getting done. Update: This is a further update less than 2 years on after the actual repair. Turns out ATR are a bunch of cowboy builders as well. They have in fact ordered and used then wrong thickness panel to the conservatory roof and as it didn’t fit forcefully bent the end plate and secured it with silicon leading to the roof to slip. This has now led to me having to result in legal action with my insurers at the time and the only positive outcome of this is that our insurers have opted to no longer use ATR for there repairs, I wonder why"

"I can't comment on their work but ironically my neighbour works for the company and on the 20/05/2024 he drove one of the companies works vans into the rear quater of my car resulting in my car being a write off, thankfully I was able to buy the car back from insurance but I am still waiting for the claim to be settled. My insurance company keep trying to liase with the company insurance with no avail and considering they are a insurance based company you would think they would have the knowledge and know how to sort this claim out but no they just keep ignoring my insurance and refusing to admit fault or to settle the claim. I'm incredibly lucky I was able to get the car back or I would have gone all this time without a car which is unacceptable and I know for a fact they will never have me as a customer if this is how they deal with things. If you read your reviews I think it's about time your insurance company stops messing around and actually pays me the money I'm owed from your driver hitting my parked car."
