Awesome Proportions Ltd

"Gav was excellent in planning out a new roof and loft conversion at my property. He came up with some great ideas and the quality of the plans and planning submission ensured it was well received by the planning department at the council and accepted without any problems. Highly recommend his services to anyone considering h changes to their property."

"Gavin provided us with an excellent service. He drew up the plans for our extension and worked closely with our chosen builder. We are very pleased with his work. He sorted out all the information and applied for planning permission for us. I have no hesitation in recommending Awesome proportions."

"My husband and I reviewed a few different architects for our project but found Gav to be the most responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Gav is extremely conscientious and managed to get our extensions plans to planning before the price hike which was a very pleasant surprise. He kept us updated throughout the whole process and is a pleasure to chat with. We have gone with a builder he recommended and we have found them to be extremely responsive and professional. Whilst the extension is not underway yet, the attention to detail of the builder seems to be high above many others. The structural Engineer he works with is also exceptional and very lovely to talk to. We would absolutely work with Gav again and would recommend him to others. He made the process go extremely smoothly and we are very grateful for all his help and guidance."

"I am extremely happy to recommend Awesome Proportions to anyone needing clever, modern and well thought out architectural services . Gavin is very creative and has designed an extension which looks modest from outside but has increased the living, kitchen, utility and dining areas vastly. We were more than happy to have Gavin recommend an absolutely brilliant builder. The build is complete (apart from some electrics and plumbing -( awaiting our kitchen delivery ) and of course decorating, furniture and garden work. Throughout the entire process Gavin has proved to be highly creative, knowledgeable, trustworthy, helpful and explained every step of the way. When high building material costs proved too much he managed to downsize the project and it is still very impressive, he is also a great problem solver and we were truly lucky that he was recommended to us. I have only taken external photos which do not do justice at all."

"I contacted Gavin to get plans drawn up for a single storey extension to our kitchen. I found him to be fantastic to work with, he was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable which put us at ease from start to finish. Once the plans were finalised Gav supplied a few builder recommendations, one of which we used which again made the process simple and allowed us to find a builder that had a reliable recommendation from someone we trusted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gav to anyone who is looking for an architect to work on their project."
