"Agreed a date for Jim to come and do the job and he confirmed I was booked in. I sent a message on the day of the job to confirm he would be coming, the message was never read and he never turned up?!!! Total waste of effort and time. Don't say you're coming and don't turn up. Useless!"

"Numerous cancelled appointments and exceptionally poor communication. 2 cancelled appointments before first visit (August), been trying to arrange a revisit since (now Jan). Never completed all stated works. Repairs for some completed works failed within a month. Avoid."

"Jim was fantastic… i rang Jim in a panic when my shower started pouring with water and we could stop it. Jim gave us advice over the phone which stopped the water and then searched for a shower to suit and came to fit as soon as he could. I provided him with a challenge of changing the shower (was an awkward space and the different shower which made it difficult) but Jim worked it out and found a way to make it work. Would fully recommend C E J Plumbing."

"We called James in a panic as our boiker was leaking and had gone through our ceiling. He got to us speedy and fixed the issue within 10 minutes! Weve since had a quote to remove the immersion tabk and coonect the hot water to our boiler. Fair price and work was done as scheduled and was very friendly. Even sent a message after to ensure everything was rubbing smooth. Highly reccomend. Will use again if needed (lets hope not an emergency though🫣)"

"My boiler had completely stopped working and I called Jim and he came to see me the same day to take a look at the issue. He wasn’t able to sort it then but didn’t charge anything for the call out and arranged to come back within the next couple of days and sort it for me. He came back today and within 10 minutes it was working again! He was so lovely and I can’t thank him enough. I would definitely recommend him to anyone."
