"Nathan from Caprani was personable, professional and did a great job repairing our burst pipe in a tight spot. He was also considerate in how he treated our home. We had a great chat about Heat Pumps and renewables too. The booking process was straightforward, with the phone answered promptly, and I liked receiving an invoice by email and the ability to pay by bank transfer. Photo is before the repair showing the exposed pipe work with my attempted use of self-amalgamating tape to patch the pipe. As you can see it was a very tight spot to work in very close to the joist, no issue for Nathan though."
