"I highly recommend Goldstar Double Glazing. This is the third installation they've done for me and once again I give them 5 stars for quality, installation service and value for money. They've installed for us - uPVC sash windows, uPVC French doors, an aluminium tilt and turn window, and reglazed our conservatory roof. All of their products are well designed and stylish and perform well. But the main reason I give them 5 stars is for the team. From sales to design to installation, they all put the customer first and make sure they deliver a great job."

"We had front door replaced with them for composite door with no issues at all. Decent fitters. We decided a few months later to have a bi-fold on the back door to replace our UPVC French doors and whilst the salesman was great and took our details on board the fitters were not up to par and had issues fitting it.. Fast forward nearly two years and we’ve had nothing but issues with the door dropping and screws coming out and door jamming and sticking. Tried to contact Goldstar several times but no one seemed to bother coming back got the usual fob-off someone will get back to you but never did.. So when I recently had a call about any further business we would like in 2025 I explained our frustrations and they said they would get a fitter out to us- we are still waiting!!!!!!! Would not recommend this firm.. They over promise and under deliver… *** UPDATE- We did have the fitters back out to sort our issues out (not sure whether seeing this review prompted it or not tbh..) Anyway , the fitter was really great and helped us out with the original issue- its still not 100% but its better than it was. So props to Goldstar they did come back and help us out - albeit it took quite a long time. Amended from 2 to 4 stars for their assistance."

"Our house needed all of its windows replacing. Goldstar arranged this for us with the minimum of disruption to our household at a time to suit us. The service was excellent and the windows are fabulous. I would recommend them to anyone. 6 months on we decided to replace our fascias. As we had excellent service from Goldstar we returned to them for this. I am delighted to report that not only has the appearance of our house improved but we received the same excellent standard of service and workmanship. The workmen were very efficient, polite and friendly - a pleasure to have around. Well done Goldstar, I can still highly recommend you."
