"We used Jeff for 2 surveys (level 3s) and he was great. He organised the surveys with the EAs and kept us in the loop of when they were going to be carried out (both of which took place a week or so after contacting Jeff). The report was very detailed but broken down into really clear sections so it wasn’t overwhelming. Loads of pictures were taken and included in the report so we could see what the issues were. Jeff then called us after the report was sent to us and we’d had time to read it so we could ask any questions. After our first house fell through there was no doubt we were going to use him again.
