"My laptop suddenly developed a black screen and wouldn't work. Checking the Web on my phone I found Michal of LMK. He said he would come round to the house in a couple of hours arojnd 6pm which he did. After inspection we decided my 5 yr old hard drive had given up the ghost. Michael said he could replace it and ordered one. I also asked him to upgrade the ram too. The following afternoon Michal rang to say it was ready and he'd reinstalled Win11. Michal came back around 6pm with the repaired laptop and helped me set it up again. It was great to have someone come to the house instead of me going to town.
