"Initially, the new panels were unpacked on site, and found to be marked. The door installers tried to touch up a tiny scratch (unsuccessfully in their eyes), and they ordered a replacement panel. This duly came, was unpacked and found to be similarly marked. Third time lucky. The door is now pristine. I am happy to recommend Oxley and their fitting team who did an excellent job."

Come installation day they were great, they took away old door fitted new one and left no mess. They also do electrics unlike other garage door companies we received quotes from. "Wouldn’t recommend Oxley garage doors to anyone. Had garage door fitted 18 months ago. After 10 months marks, creasing and chips appeared. Then the door started to bag up ( curtain gets stuck in side channels and continues to unwind) Had Oxleys down, they did a 75% service foc. However bagging up happened 7 more times. After several visits from them including MD. They said they didn’t know why. I then did my own investigation and found that the door laths were catching on the side rails. They wouldn’t agree with me. However I ended up paying for a new curtain, and their fitter who fitted it agreed with me and did a modification to stop this he noticed that some of the end caps in the laths were loose which would catch on the side plates. So for me their 5 year warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on."
