"Having asked for a quotation for joinery work at my home address I met a member of the Paling Team on 19 1 23 at my home for an initial inspection of work required. After me chasing for the assured follow up and again as recently as late February I was promised that same member of staff would contact me on Wednesday 17 March. I received no such contact.and on Friday 24 March I contacted the same employee via email to enquire were Paling Joinery interested in the extensive joinery business as I had received no communication as promised from him. My email has received no response therefore I will look elsewhere. I would have at least expected a professional response even if Paling Joinery were not wanting to quote and carry out the work - clearly my expectations are too high?! As you can see I would not recommend Paling Joiners at this juncture for genuine evidenced reasons."
