ProTech Boilers (Part of Kesselmann)

"Fabulous service! I contacted ProTech, they came out to make an assessment for the new Combi boiler to be fitted at our convenience. We had no hot water whatsoever. The boiler was then fitted a couple of days later and it could have been earlier if we had made up our minds quicker. Young person who fitted (sorry forgotten his name) was knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. He also waited until my return when I was caught in traffic to explain how the boiler worked and left the area spotless. All paperwork was in order and lovely warm water to the taps and radiator. I cannot rate this company highly enough, definitely recommend if you need a new boiler."

"We have recently had numerous jobs carried out by ProTech following a positive experience back in November when they relocated and installed a new combi-boiler. A fixed leaking pipe, a new combi-boiler in my rental property and making safe a gas hob later, I can't recommend ProTech highly enough. Mike and Claire are very friendly and efficient on the phone and fitter Sam was very polite, knowledgeable and tidy. Top service, thank you!"

"Great service. Returned my call quickly and fit me in for a replacement boiler as soon as they could. Fitter was polite and straight to the job in hand. They kept the area clean and hoovered up after themselves. Fitter was very knowledgeable answering any questions I had and gave full instructions on how to use. Would recommend and will use again."

"Absolutely terrible service provided to my mum! Old boiler ripped out before the engineers confirmed that the new boiler could be fitted where she wanted it (this was the main reason she used this company, as they said they could fit it in the kitchen). Wrong boiler provided on the day. Shoddy workmanship. And when she wasn't happy at the end of the day the engineer had the cheek to take the certificate and refuse to leave the property until she had paid! Very poor service. DO NOT USE"

"Called Paul out from Protech and found him friendly and very knowledgeable. I had a new boiler fitted, which was at a very good price and very neatly done, with Paul taking great care and clearly had pride in what he does. He has great consideration for keeping your house clean and was very open and honest. He communicates very well and kept me up to date as to times he was coming and was reliable with that which helped me plan my days. On the back of him coming I have already passed him to others who have also found him to be very good. 5 star rating every time, would always recommend PROTECH and will be using them again."
