"Had an excellent experience with this company. No heavy sales patter, just recommendations. Had a ideal logic+ fitted which when fitted by Phoenix supplies a full 10 year warranty. This made it competitively priced compared to other quotes I'd had provided for a boiler with 10yr warranty. On the day of replacement their engineer Dale was superb. He's done a real quality job, all copper piping, redid the condensation pipping. Good Comms throughout and happy to answer questions. It's been a month since fitting and zero issues.
