"Contacted Smartlec about fitting a EV charger late on the weekend, Jack came round on the Monday evening to observe where the charger would go and answer my questions. He then provided me with a quote I was happy with and by the Friday somebody was round at 8am to install the charger. I would have potentially been waiting at least 2-5 weeks with other fitters so to have a charger within 6 days of first messaging was great, very happy with the installation and communication, everything working well as it should."
