"We first used Steel Electrical last Autumn to fit a Hive thermostat. Gary (the business owner) and my husband started talking about solar energy and the rest, as they say, is history! The process started with a home survey and the subsequent report and quotation was very comprehensive. As we were having quite a substantial array, we did have to get approval from Northern Power, but Gary submitted all the paperwork on our behalf. The panels, the battery and associated gubbins were installed this week. Gary and his colleague, Dean, were punctual, professional and very polite at all times. They were respectful of our property and tidied up after themselves at the end of each day. Once the system was commissioned, Gary explained how to use the app that monitors the energy generated and stored in the battery.
