"Excellent service from The Drain Company. I called them on a weekend after waiting over a week for Yorkshire Water to resolve a sewage drainage issue. Within just 3 hours of my phone call, their engineer arrived, identified the problem, and cleared the blockage. They confirmed that the blockage was in the main sewer, and thanks to their quick response, the sewage backing up into my garden was resolved the same day. Had I continued waiting for Yorkshire Water, I would probably still be dealing with the issue. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the speed of response and the fact that it was a weekend call-out. Professional, efficient, and reliable service from start to finish.
