"I wanted a cat flap installing in one of my patio doors. The window doctor explained that I'd have to have a new sealed unit with a hole for the cat flap. From ordering to fitting it took just over 2 weeks. Much earlier than estimated. They messaged me to ask if they could fit it and it's now been completed. The fitter arrived and was very professional, efficient and polite and did a great job! I'm delighted with the result and now looking forward to not getting out my chair every 5 minutes to let my cats in and out. Great service and highly recommend... Many thanks, Mr Taylor"

"Rang up to get someone to look at dodgy window, said they'll probably call before the end of week, today Tuesday I got a call, I was driving home from work so on speakerphone I said I'll call back, called back half an hour later and said I couldn't do the time they'd suggested but could do the next day any time. I was told that they weren't booking anything in tomorrow yet and that she wouldn't do it anyway because she was "busy doing something else now" and she "doesn't just do bookings" as the reason. I explained that I was with the person who will be in and if I got it sorted now at least I could check when they could come and I was told they weren't going to do it and they'd just "try to get hold of me" when they decide to book in tomorrow's jobs. I said it'll be a bit difficult if I'm working and they just said they'll keep trying to call. Literally could have just written down when we'd be free but what surprised me was the flat refusal. I was quite happy with this company last time as they did a good job but this experience really has put me off using them again."

"We decided to have a new fully glazed uPVC door from our kitchen to our conservatory. The 2 fellas that came, did a accurate and perfect job. The door lets lots of light into a dark area. We chose to apply some static frosted film to the door, because our little dog bumped his nose on it, not knowing it was there. What a difference it has made. It's been a good fitting without any problems, and all done in around half a day. Great quality product, well fitted with care, and a good price as well! Very pleased with the finished job."
