"Did neighbours fence but left our garden in a mess put the fence panels facing wrong way and left neighbours bushes in our garden to grow ! Very unprofessional and just argued his point across ! I wouldn’t use the company bunch of cowboys"
"Absolute shower of a company....Did a terrible job, left the place a mess and 2nd time round it wasn't much better...Gave up and fixed all of their shoddy workmanship myself. Stay clear."
"Bit sad really. Seeings they never really had to touch my fence during the work carried out for LHP they managed to loosen two posts fitted earlier this year when i had a new fence put up behind us. Its not like they didn't know wedged a couple of pieces of old wood between them and then drove the longest screw they could find right through my concrete post, forcing them apart to tighten them up leaving a nice gap...... Quality!!!!"
"I've had thompsons back 4 times now to fix the lean on my gate and post. They never knock when they come, they let themselves in the backway then send an email saying it's fixed which it isn't."
"The lads came to fit a new fence and back gates for me and my neighbour today, and I'm really happy with the job. Fence looks great and has transformed my garden. They had a couple of tricky things to contend with, like poor access to my garden and awkward plants and trees to work round, but they've done a great job. Thank you!"
